  *IT'S A MUST STOP SHOP! We walked in by chance and ended up having the most unexpectedly enlightening experience. My group was in AZ for this sort of healing journey after we lost someone very dear to us and way too soon. The beautiful ceramics drew us in (and we purchased some amazing things) but the indescribable presence of the staff had us staying longer than intended. Fran and Mo were so incredibly intuitive, my group had an amazingly emotional conversation with them. Their words brought about a certain, hard to describe, awareness of the need toward healing. We are all forever grateful for, and will never forget, our stop into Zonies. IT'S A MUST STOP SHOP!

  I routinely avoid posting reviews of any type…prefer delivering my impressions directly. However in this case my experience has been so overwhelming positive I am compelled to record it and add it to all the impressive reviews already listed. Last April my Lady and I vacationed in Sedona and were searching for a perfect piece of memorabilia to memorialize the trip. We canvassed most of the shops and galleries in the area without any luck until we discovered Zonies! We loved the large and varied selection of quality artisan pieces but it was the genuine friendly hospitality of the shop owner and employees that made the experience extra special. We enjoyed the camaraderie so much we returned the again the next day and completed our quest for unique and meaningful mementos. Of the several pieces that my Lady settled on her favorite was a special silver ring which she wore frequently. Unfortunately the ring went missing 4 months later to her great dismay and disappointment. I know the ring carried special meaning to her largely due to the unique connection she had established with shop owner Fran during our visits. I decided I would attempt to replace the ring as a surprise. From California I began working with employee Jonnas who happily went to extraordinary lengths assisting me narrow down to two choices of several possible rings in their inventory that were hopefully the same as the lost one. We did our best and I selected what I thought was the exact same. But unfortunately…I missed! My Lady was extremely surprised and happy but we were both able to determine that it was not the same. I relayed this information to Jonnas who immediately began assisting me with the particulars of making the exchange. At this point Fran returned from time away from the shop and upon hearing about the entire issue immediately called me. Despite my attempts to persuade otherwise she insisted on not only paying for all postage but also covered the increased cost of the correct ring! We are immensely grateful for the exceptional generosity and class exhibited by Jonnas and Fran and I am honored to know that we now have great friends at Zonies!

  Shopped at Zonies Galleria in Sedona this week and was really impressed with the beautiful functional pottery and the friendly staff. I liked it so much I called the owner Fran when I got home and she was so helpful in sending pictures and letting me order several more pieces.   It was an absolute pleasure to meet Fran! She knows so much about her artists and her true appreciation for them really shows.   Really great place to shop for local handicrafts & artworks! We bought a couple of items to bring back as souvenirs for family & colleagues back home. The owner, Fran, was very friendly & hospitable, answering all our questions & giving her recommendations. To my pleasant surprise, she very kindly gifted a small crystal & sandstone, and even took the effort to print little explainers on the properties of the crystals. As a bonus, the whole shop had an amazing scent wafting through the air due to the sage(?) & various herbs being burnt. Highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the area for the quality artwork & positive vibes!

 Verified Beautiful local art I wanted a gift for my sister from a local artisan. I am so glad that we wandered into Zonies. Beautiful selection of pottery. I found a piece but was headed to a Pink Jeep tour and didn’t want to take the piece with me. Ersa graciously offered to hold the item for me until we returned.  Verified I love love love Zonie’s! My sister and I wandered into Zonie’s on a rainy winter evening in 2022 and met one of the owners, Fran. What a warm, lovely and welcoming soul. We found some pottery pieces as gifts and Fran took care of us personally. I now visit Sedona several times each winter to drop in on Fran and husband Keith (other owner) and to shop for gifts for friends and family. The shop is one of the best and most unique in Sedona, and they have solid relationships with the artists they represent Do yourself a favor and stop in - you’ll find some wonderful pieces and two new friends waiting for you!

 Verified THANK YOU Fran & Keith - Zonies is Fabulous!! GO CHECK OUT ZONIES!!!!! While in Sedona in late Sept 2024 checking out the downtown shops, we wandered in Zonies and loved everything about this shop! With their help, we purchased a beautifully handcrafted wall metal art piece and a handcrafted Mesquite lamp. Once back home, we realized to complete the look we were going for in our den downstairs, we needed a 2nd metal art piece and a few more lamps. We called Fran and Keith to explain our needs. They were fantastic – helping us by sending pics and giving suggestions to help us make our other selections. In Spring of 2025, we made a few upgrades to our upstairs and added a few more lamps. Thank you so much, Fran and Keith, for being so patient and FABULOUS to deal with through this whole process. We are thrilled with the special additions to our home!!!  Verified Local artisan merchandise at reasonable prices I was looking for a souvenir for a friend, but wanted something made by a local artisan. Zonies had the best selection of all the shops I visited in Sedona, items covering a wide price range from low to very high end, and the prices were very reasonable. I picked out a laser cut ornament, which the owner carefully wrapped so I could get it home safely. The owner also provided me with contact information for artisans whose work I admired but wasn’t in the market for right now. Before you visit any other shops, check out Zonies, because the merchandise is excellent and the owner is so helpful.

 Verified Downtown SADONA a boutique you must see What a beautiful store ! I would say it’s the best in SADONA for gifts for all ages . I bought two unique bracelets and 3 sets of sage with hand crafted pottery bowls . It’s a very Zen boutique with all the Arizona vibes . The staff in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable !  Verified Great shopping experience We went to Zonies to buy lamps and it was such a fabulous experience. The owner brought out every lamp in the size we wanted and put different shares on them so we could see each one. She could not have been more helpful.  Verified Beautiful gallery for special gifts - don't miss it in Sedona! This gallery is gorgeous! The owner Fran was so helpful and kind as we selected a luminous standing blue calcite lamp. When we got it to our house, the light coming out looked darker than in the store, so Fran offered to come to our house and adjust the internal light bulbs for us so that it was perfect for us. Few gallery owners would have done that! She could not have been more generous. Everything in the store is made by talented artists and Fran gives you such caring attention and assistance. This is a true gallery with wonderful and quality artwork, jewelry, pottery and so much more. It's not a tourist trap at all. Definitely stop in to buy a special gift from Sedona - you won't be disapponted!

 Verified Gem of Sedona We visited in March of 2024 and it was such a beautiful experience. We had walked through so many different art galleries and hands down, Zonies had the most beautiful, unique, well priced local art in the area. Fran, Keith and Jonnas knew about all of the artists that they featured in the store. Kindness just radiated out of them. I bought several pieces and they shipped two paintings for us. The packaging was excellent and fast. They also went above and beyond when I left a painting at a local restaurant and Keith walked down the street to the get it and ship it for us after we had left the state.
